Talking meat

I saw someone quote Aqua Teen Hunger Force (very bizarre show, sometimes funny in short doses) about talking meat, and I was reminded of a very short story I read about why we can't find anyone out in the universe to talk to, even though we've been beaming out messages for years. I thought it was hilarious, and thought I'd share in case you've never read.
